AIMAN'S SUNRISE FROM CAMERON HIGHLANDS

Aiman's georgeous sunrise are from the place she and her family recently were holidaying.  They went up the Cameron Highlands, put up the nights there and she managed these shots herself.  She emailed me these pics to be posted in my blog.

Aiman, a young blogger in Malaysia, is my young relative.  Her family of five, excluding her mom who home schooled all her children, are actively blogging.  Her youngest brother started blogging at the age of five.  He started touching the key board of their computer at a raw age of one year old (excuse me Ahmad Ali if this info is slightly misinformed).  He juggled everyone's files on their computer before any other kids paid much attention to.
Please visit Aiman and her family :

THE LIGHTS THAT MY EYES SEE THROUGH THE LENSES PART 9

All these were the lights from the buildings, vehicles and street lamps that Hafiz caught through his cam.

Credits to Hafiz for enabling me to have many more postings on lights than orginally intended.

YOU LIGHT UP MY LIFE (Debbie Boone)
So many nights I sit by my window
Waiting for someone to sing me his song
So many dreams I kept deep inside me
Alone in the dark but now
You've come along

You light up my life
You give me hope
To carry on
You light up my days
and fill my nights with song

Rollin' at sea, adrift on the water
Could it be finally I'm turning for home?
Finally, a chance to say hey,
I love You
Never again to be all alone

You light up my life
You give me hope
To carry on
You light up my days
and fill my nights with song

You light up my life
You give me hope
To carry on
You light up my days
and fill my nights with song

It can't be wrong
When it feels so right
'Cause You
You light up my life

THE LIGHTS THAT WE SAW THROUGH HIS LENSES PART 8

These three top pictures were taken at different time until sunset

The moon that lighted up the night sky added to the serene beauty of this grand hotel in  the famous Sunway Lagoon Resort.

The beautiful effects were snapped from the vehicles infront of us ... there was a snail crawl along the journey home so Hafiz managed all these wild looking lights.

All these great pictures were taken by my son, Hafiz one night after dinner at the famous Sunway Resort in Sunway Lagoon a twin sister to the Hanza Park in Germany.  How he manipulated with the settings on the camera, only he would be able to explain.  I don't have the slightest idea  about these tricks...

THE LIGHTS THAT MY EYES SEE THROUGH THE LENSES PART 7

All these shots were taken between 7:50 a.m. till 8:10a.m the previous day... 29th October.
OPS!
I received an early morning call from Di.  Apparently I missed it AND had totally forgotten to return her call.  After running the usual errands for Harith and his needs from breakfast to his milk, Di called again an hour later.

Not that bad to have forgotten to return her call....BUT...
The worse of all the forgetfulness is here to share.... This is definitely not a "senior moment" anymore....HAHAHA!

"Happy Birthday To ME MUMMY, Thank you for giving birth to me mummy, Thank you for taking good care of me Mummy. Thank you for giving me good education mummy.  I love you and I miss you!!!!!!!!"
"?????????????????? What date is it today?"
"Aaaaaaa so you are forgetting my birthday mummy?  It's the 29th."
"Ya Allah Di, I totally forgot all about it but when I was copying the morning sermons over the IKIM radio, something struck me but I did not have any idea what it was."

...HOW could I forget my youngest child's birthday.  But I just did.

"Well Di, at least I am honestly telling you that I forgot... but May Allah gives you a healthy long life, Bless your life with His Rahmat and Rahim, leads you to the Right Path - the path He had given to his Prophet, Shahid, Sodiqin and Solihin and gives you more success in exams and life and and and...Amin"
breathlessly I went on and on with my most sincere prayer for my little "big girl" now.

I honestly forgot!!! How could I?????????

Later I came to know that Harith (he is 21 months now) has already sang her a birthday song earlier in the morning and no wonder he went on and on with this...
"Happy to you, Happy to you" endlessly that it tickled me.

Anyway, Di is having her Mid Semester exam now and today her  paper  ends at 5:00p.m after which she would rush home by ERL which starts from the KL International Airport and would stop in Cyber Jaya to pick her up.... I hope she would not be caught in the rush hour with the office workers rushing at the KL Central Station... Anyway, she has already sms me to pick her up late this evening at Taman Jaya Commuter Station.

This post with sunshines rising faithfully brightening my bedroom and this part of the globe, is especially dedicated to Di and all her sisters and her brother.  The three of them are having their important exams now till November.

All the best to all of them and may they succeed in maintaining the CGPA level required by the scholarship board.

The cam was tilted at a different angel to get this brighter perspective.  I was hiding behind the cloth I hanged up high to protect my eyes from getting blinded by the strong shine.

I hope you have enjoyed yesterday morning's shots and if there is less sun shines in your home, please keep coming back to this blog for more and more shines to share....

THE LIGHTS THAT MY EYES SEE THROUGH THE LENSES PART 6

Three days ago ... from my bedroom window, these were what came through and had lighted up our lives all over the place.... This was after 8:00a.m

and I shall post today's lights through the same window later...

THE LIGHTS THAT MY EYES SEE THROUGH THE LENSES PART 5

Out through the huge glass door we went and into the open we got.  Snapping here, snapping there! WOW!  It's been  such a long time!  Yes, indeed it was.  Those  days I always drove my children around the city center to view the beautiful night lights, night skies of Kuala Lumpur and admiring the mixed architecture of the East and the West.

This is the view of the Public Bank from the Malaysian Philharmonic balcony.

Down we got into the open on the ground floor, we managed another snap of the fully lighter Public Bank.  It's like a block of gold bar standing there shining and all in its grandeur.

As we turned towards the way we came... much  better views were captured.  I just do not want to miss out any of the snaps but a few looked alike... so, I omitted.  My phone cam just managed these shots.  Apparently neither of us carried any other cams.

 The Petronas TwinTowers

The sky bridge as they called it... brought back fond memories too.

ONCE a long time ago, back in 1997 and 98, I and my workers were contracted to clean all the carpets in the VIP rooms that has lush and thick carpets.  Wasn't I thankful?  The Bangladeshi workers were hard working and they were hired to do part time jobs for me.
I was up this bridge one day, to watch Mc Laren driving his F1 car around the complex.

This is the grand Malaysia Philharmonic Hall with its pillars covered with Malaysian flags, a view from out in the street.

This is the wing that housed the shopping outlets.  We managed these shots while waiting for our next chauffeur, Jay Jay to arrive.  He is my young cousin.

While Jay stopped at the red light, I managed  a quick snap of this Vietnam restaurant close by.

This ends the lights series in the City Center for the moment.
