wHERE hAVE i BEEN?
The 20th - the 22nd
Busy sewing beads to hand over to Wan (my cousin) on the ...22nd when I would meet her at our weekly religious class on Aqidah and Tafsir. After coming home from the airport, I took out her long black abaya and trying to figure out how best to sew beads and where to begin.(I was singing "where do i begin")...
Naturally I started on the shorter parts...On both sleeves :I used a combination of silver, black rounded beads and rounded black/whites..
The next day, was the longest design I ever made... a free hand design..
a three feet long beading stood on the right side of the garment.
A close up on the right side design... the beads are all rounded and longish silver and whites.
A smaller beading on the left side...completed the whole garment. Finally, photo shoots for this blog posting.
