JUST A FEW MINUTES BEFORE

I was  going to shut the windows and draw my pink vertical blinds... just then I noticed these heavy, dark and "angry" looking sky which was ready to shower this part of the earth with its torrential fall.  Indeed it came down hard together with thunders and lightning that prevented me from taking more pictures.
These were pictures of the March the 3rd 2010....

Thanks Cath. Glad you like them

Barbara, I couldn't snap any pics of the tree blowing...

I guess those houses were built with some British's architectural influence. The walls are hardest to knock or even to drill, unlike today's buildings...

Thanks for coming by...

Hoping you both have a great weekend.

cheers from Kuala Lumpur

It is very true. Buildings of those days are so strongly built that not many small-time contractors like to get involved in demolition works of such buildings!

Come to think of it, the same goes for many things, road for instance. Though snake-like in their curves, those days roads are surely much superior than the present ones.
